Central Village occupies an entire island block in the coveted precinct that fronts London Circuit and Constitution Avenue. We identified and negotiated an undervalued asset that we purchased at circa $2,000/sqm NLA off-market. Our placemaking strategy involved transforming three office buildings into a mixed-use precinct with a central courtyard.
Naming the precinct Central Village played a key role in the placemaking strategy, and the ‘village’ is now a thriving ecosystem home to businesses and government bodies. We bought the asset below replacement cost and delivered a high quality, adaptive re-use and leasing outcome. Our partner for this project is one of Singapore’s strongest value-add funds.
