637 Flinders Street is a contemporary office space that underwent a whole-building refurbishment. It is characterised by large, campus-style floorplates, winter gardens, outdoor terraces and a communal rooftop that enjoys stunning 360-degree views. Ideally, our strategy was to identify and negotiate an undervalued asset in an emerging precinct. We developed a place-making concept in unison with our client, creating a desirable and contemporary address.
Collaborating with top-tier architect Cox, we achieved a DA to redevelop the asset into an aspirational A-Grade tower with highly efficient campus-style floorplates of 3,500 – 3,700sqm. The building also features exclusive terraces, a premium lifestyle centre and high quality F&B and retail amenity.
